Othere isn't exactly medieval, but I call them "kingdoms" because they're not really cities yet. Othere is a whole lot more advanced if you lot at it from a magical point of view. The most magical people on Earth were a couple alchemists and the sorceresses from the Greek myths, like Circe and Medea.
Anyway, here I make a list of the kingdoms in Othere:
Now, Pranuer and Calathea are the Ying and Yang of Othere. Calathea is known for trading and mining, especially the mining of irynes, precious magical stones. Pranuer, on the other had, is known for the philosophers that make their homes here. Pranuer is like the Greece of Othere - Calathea, if anything, is like a Rome that happens to not be obsessed with conquering. Most Prauerians have a big things for the gods, which you can find info on in a History of Othere.
This is the castle of Criellan, a kingdom north of Calathea, beyond the Vayl mountains. It is typically known to be a dark and mysterious kingdom, and their royals are particularly shrewd. Ruler there are appointed by dictatorship. Even the bravest Pranuerian doesn't want to enter Criellan.
Besides just having strange and scary people, it is rumored that a dark storm hovers above Criellan, which means that the last Black Planet formed from somewhere hailing from there. You can find the legend of the Black Planet in the History page.
I'm not including a picture of Nalemar, a kingdom north of Pranuer. It is the border of this kingdom, along with a portion of Pranuer, that Jotham's Wall runs. Calathea's relationship with Nalemar is rocky, and as of late they have been growing more hostile, but they have been good before. Those living in the Smoking Mountains, however, tend to prove dangerous enemies. It is from there that Ranshio and Gracie hailed, and it is there where the beginning of the Final Battle took place.
Here is a picture of Bralennon, the kingdom of the Winged. There are half-dragons, and then there are the Winged - humans with tails and wings, some who dwell in the sky, some on the ground, and some in the Crags. The sky is green because of all of the ancient Runic magic in the air. It is here, in this valley, the the Final Battle takes place. Not that the Winged were very pleased about that.
